How much are the shipping costs?

All products ordered from Customer and confirmed, will be sent by Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery.
How long will the order be shipped and delivered?
Packages are generally sent 24-48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped by courier : UPS - POSTE ITALIANE - BARTOLINI BRT - GLS - DHL- SDA, with tracking code.
The products shipped in Italy are approximately delivered within 2-4 working days from shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 3-5 working days of shipment; products shipped to the rest of the world are delivered within 7-12 working days from shipment.
Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated via e-mail to the customer.

If the package shows obvious damage, what should I do?
If the package shows evident damage or appears to be tampered with, you must notify the courier and accept it with reserve ( Signature ) specifying the type of damage. In this way, after opening the package, if there are any problems, a complaint will be opened against the courier and in any case we will take care of resolving the problem.
