TERMS OF SALE
1. General provisions1.1. The website www.walkingsticksluxury.com/it (hereinafter, Walking Sticks) is owned by Walking Sticks srl, with registered office in via E. Da Fiume, 25 / A 33080 Fiume Veneto (PN) Italy, VAT number and C.F. 01551620931.
1.2. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern the relationship between the customer (hereinafter, "Customer") and Walking Sticks (jointly, hereinafter, "Parties") for the purchase of Walking Sticks products. srl (hereinafter, "Products") from time to time made available on the Site for this purpose.
1.3. For the purposes of these General Conditions, by Customer we mean only the consumer, that is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity that may be carried out.
1.4. The Customer is required to carefully read the terms and conditions of the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70. The General Conditions will in any case always be visible online.
1.5. Contracts concluded with Walking Sticks by accessing the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce).
2. Product availability
2.1. All Products are subject to availability at the time. Walking Sticks reserves the right at any time to change the limits to the quantities and / or types of goods that can be purchased online on the Site. The Customer will be informed if his order is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the ordered product.
3. Price 3.1. The prices of the Products are expressed on the Site in ā¬ (Euro) and include all applicable taxes or duties. Delivery costs are excluded, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
3.2. Walking Sticks srl constantly checks that all the prices indicated on the Site are correct, without however guaranteeing the absence of errors. In the event that an error is found in the price of a product, Waliking Sticks will give the Customer the possibility to reconfirm the purchase of the Products at the correct price or to cancel it.
4. Purchase method
4.1. The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each individual product on the Site.
4.2. To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the purchase order form to Walking Sticks in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must put the product in the appropriate "shopping bag" and, after viewing and accepted the contribution for the delivery costs, as well as the General Conditions, Privacy Policy the conditions on the right of withdrawal, must select the type of payment desired and choose the "send order" option.
4.3. If the Customer needs to correct any data entry errors, he must follow the appropriate modification procedure contained in the Site, before submitting his purchase order. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the quantity of the products he intends to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the "shopping bag".
5. Conclusion of the contract
5.1.The Contract stipulated between Walking Sticks and the Customer must be considered concluded when the order forwarded by the Customer - in compliance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Site and once the debit authorization has been obtained from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer for payment - reaches the address of the Site The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Walking Sticks only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any error being highlighted by the Site Walking Sticks is not liable for malfunctions depending on the data transmission network operator.
5.2. By sending the order to the Customer, he acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the General Conditions.

5.4. Walking Sticks will send the Customer, by e-mail, a confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer. The confirmation of receipt of the order will include information relating to the essential characteristics of the Products purchased, the detailed indication of the price including all taxes and duties, the method of payment, the delivery costs. The Customer must immediately check the content of the communication and immediately report any errors or omissions to Walking Sticks.
6. Payment methods
6.1. The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by PayPal or credit card.
7. Transport and delivery
7.1. The products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the "shipping address" section and at the time of delivery the signature of an adult over the age of 18. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.
7.3. Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form.
7.4. All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, "Courier"). Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays.
7.5. Walking Sticks is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that on which the Customer sent the order to Walking Sticks srl.
7.6. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: (a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT); (b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, placing a written control reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
7.7.If Walking Sticks is unable to deliver the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, it will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days, by e-mail The amount already paid the Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.
8. Returns and cancellation of orders and right of withdrawal
8.1. Walking Sticks intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
8.2. Walking Sticks will reimburse the full cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unworn, unused, undamaged and not consumed, as well as accompanied by the relative invoice. Some products have a disposable identification seal. Walking Sticks invites you to try the Product without removing the seal because returned Products will not be accepted that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
8.3. Refunds will be made with the same payment method as for the purchase.
8.4. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
8.5. The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any cost incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.
8.6. Walking Sticks reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements referred to in the previous art. 8.2.
8.7. Walking Sticks will undertake to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written order for cancellation and return of the product pursuant to the previous article 1.
8.8. It is recommended to ship the Products to be returned using an insured courier in order to trace the shipment. Walking Sticks will not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for those returned products that are lost, stolen or damaged
8.9. Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 10 (ten) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 8 below. t5>
8.10. We also remind you that the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 in case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
8.11. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within the terms provided for by art. 8.9 to the following address: via E. da Fiume 25 / A 33080 Fiume Veneto (PN) Italy, a written communication by registered letter with return receipt, containing: a) the manifestation of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005; b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal; c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
8.12. The communication can always be sent within the aforementioned term of 5 (five) working days also by telegram, e-mail (info@walkingsticksluxury.com and fax (+ 39 0434 640 362), provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with notice of receipt within 48 (forty-eight) hours thereafter.
9. Product replacement
9.1. Walking Sticks does not replace product.
9.2. If a Product sold by Walking Sticks should show a manufacturing defect, the Customer must immediately contact customer care at the email address info@walkingsticksluxury.com.
10. Errors and inaccuracies
10.1.Walking Sticks aims to provide constantly updated information on the Site. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the Site is completely free of any errors. The Site may contain typing errors, errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may refer to the price and availability of the Product, and to the Product information sheet.
10.2. Walking Sticks reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
11. Authenticity guarantee
11.1. Walking Sticks guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Site.
12. Applicable law and competent court
12.1. The conditions of access to the Site are governed by the rules of Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
12.2. The Customer accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. For any action deriving from or related to the conditions, navigation or use of the Site, the court of Venice will be competent.
